After Noah attended bagpipe camp at the North American Piping and Drumming Academy in Valle Crucis, NC he discovered from his roommates that one could make some nice change while practicing the pipes. These other kid pipers told him how much they each made and he was determined to join the gang of bagpipe buskers.

This first time we went Uptown Charlotte was a success. We even met a retired Pipe Major and his son from Florida. They were visiting their son, who also plays and took a tourist carriage ride and heard the pipes and followed us. He helped Noah tune up and gave him some good encouragement. It was a fun experience and he also made some nice cash doing it.
